One Nation’s Pauline Hanson’s personal domain name PaulineHanson.com.au accidentally expired, was registered by a third party and now points to the Refugee Council of Australia (RCOA) website.
The RCOA is a non-profit organisation that helps support refugees and people seeking asylum and promotes the development of “humane, lawful and constructive policies” towards these groups.
In her maiden speech to Federal Parliament in 1996, she warned Australia was “in danger of being swamped by Asians” and controversially said:
“I and most Australians want our immigration policy radically reviewed and that of multiculturalism abolished”.
Domain names, like backward and outdated views, expire and should be continually monitored to ensure that they remain current.
