The .PL registry (NASK) has announced changes to domain registration policies, effective January 1, 2025, as part of the NIS2 Directive. These changes introduce stricter requirements for registrant data accuracy and verification.
While specific implementation details are pending from the registry, all registrant data for .PL domains must be accurate and verified. Non-compliance may lead to penalties for registrars, including potential fines.
To ensure compliance, new .PL registrations, transfers, and updates may be temporarily suspended starting in January 2025. We recommend reviewing and updating your .PL domain information to ensure it meets the new requirements.
